Heat Pumps

HEAT PUMP TECHNOLOGY

In terms of efficiency, heat pumps reign supreme. Given the climate impact of heating and cooling commercial/industrial facilities, moving from fossil fuel-powered to all-electric equipment is key to meeting carbon-reduction goals.  One of the primary technologies driving the electrification and increased efficiency of HVAC products is heat pumps. They help create a better climate both inside and outside buildings resulting in a significant reduction of energy use and direct greenhouse gas emissions, as well as day-to-day operating costs.

We offer a variety of heat pump offerings including chillers:

  • Daikin Rebel/Rebel Applied Heat Pump (up to 75 tons)
  • Daikin Trailblazer Heat Pump Chiller
  • Jetson Modular Heat Pump Chillers
  • Daikin VRV (H-Series & Emerion)
Trailblazer-EWYQ-Heat-Pump

Daikin delivers efficient chiller heat pump technology as the U.S. begins to shift towards all-electric heating and cooling to reduce energy consumption and emissions. The Trailblazer HP is an air-to-water heat pump chiller that provides a reversing function that allows the chiller to switch between cooling and heating modes based on the temperature requirements of the space or process being conditioned.

Jetson by Modine's packaged air-cooled chillers and heat pumps offer reverse cycle heat pumps that eliminate the need of boiler systems by allowing the chiller to provide hot water for heating demand. Heat pumps are available in 10 through 80 ton standalone units and can be combined in modular assemblies for up to 240 tons per array.

VRV EMERION

Daikin VRV equipment is available with heat pump options from 8-24 HP (single module), 26-28 HP (double module), and 50-60 HP (triple module). These new technologies increase seasonal efficiency all while offering a compact design.
