CHILLERS: AIR COOLED

Tecogen's Air-Cooled Chillers can be customized to suit your particular application with special options, including engine emissions controls, engine heat recovery, low-ambient control, hot gas bypass, coil guards and ultra-quiet fans.
Jetson Air-Cooled Chillers come in packaged, modular, or split-system solutions. Packaged units are EC motor driven and condenser fans produce an ultra-low noise level and offer increased part-load unit efficiency. Modular chillers are ideal for easy replacement, retrofit, or new construction applications and feature an industry-leading small footprint
Daikin's Centrifugal Chillers, from 86 to 2700 tons, offer excellent full and part-load performance for increased energy savings. Dual compressor options offer system redundancy similar to two separate chillers, with a lower total installed cost.
Daikin's Magnitude® Magnetic-Bearing Chiller is up to 40% more efficient than standard centrifugal chillers and can save up to $4 million over the life of the chiller. Available from 75 to 1500 tons, the Magnitude® offers the most comprehensive size range of oil-free magnetic-bearing chillers.
Daikin Water-Cooled Chillers: 30-300 tons; Options such as the Navigator integrates variable volume ratio (VVR®) compressor technology to give you the advantage of a system that is quiet and adapts to real-time building demands for the most efficient and cost-saving operation possible.
TECOCHILL Water-Cooled Chillers range from 150 to 400 tons of cooling capacity. Each natural gas engine drives a variable-speed single-screw rotary compressor, connected to a standard vapor compression refrigeration system utilizing an environmentally friendly refrigerant.
Jetson Water-Cooled Chillers: Available in scroll, modular, and split-system options. Scroll chillers are designed for performance and serviceability; heat exchangers and refrigerant systems are easily serviced. Modular chillers are ideal for easy replacement, retrofit, or new construction applications and offer superior expandability for future expansion.
Tecogen's InVerde e+ is an improved Cogeneration Unit that leaves an even smaller ecological footprint. Each newly designed unit is tested by an industry-standard 15-minute emissions test measuring the levels of both NOx and CO versus time. The measurements are well below the CARB compliance limits, averaging less than 1ppm.

Alliance Air Products designs and manufactures custom Dedicated Outdoor Air Systems (DOAS) with reclaim and multiple cooling/heating sources. Heat recovery options are air to air heat exchanger, heat pipe coils, run-around loop coils, and heat wheels. VFD scroll compressors optional; extremely efficient and quiet.
This 100% electric HVAC system with energy recovery reduces greenhouse gas emissions and thus the carbon footprint of traditional HVAC systems. Oxygen8's low-profile DOAS design can be ceiling or wall-mounted and arrives on-site fully assembled for easy installation and minimal maintenance; integrates with VRV/VRF.

Daikin's Fan Coil Units can either be exposed with a painted metal cabinet occupying the conditioned space or recessed with a wall plate or ductwork connecting it to the conditioned space. The units come in three basic configurations: horizontal in or along the ceiling, vertical running the height of the wall, and unit heaters low along the wall.

QLCI, Designed by TROX®-Carson Solutions
QLCI, designed by TROX®, combines the unique operational characteristics of thermal displacement ventilation with efficient active chilled beam technology in a unitary modular design. Through displacement ventilation, QLCI provides efficient and direct distribution of fresh outside air to the occupied space – improving Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) and in a broader sense, Indoor Environmental Quality (IEQ).
INDOOR AIR QUALITY PRODUCTS
GPS’ NPBI️ technology cleans indoor air. This patented technology produces a high concentration of positive and negative ions, delivering them to the space via the ventilation system. Within the air stream, ions attach to particles, where they combine, become larger and are more easily filtered from the air. When ions come in contact with pathogens, they disrupt the pathogens’ surface proteins, rendering them inactive.
Through the process of exchanging stale indoor air with outdoor fresh air, VOCs, CO2 and viruses are exhausted from the space. Oxygen8's polymer membrane cross-flow core design means there is no possibility of virus cross-over in the space.
Antrum continuously monitors and reports indoor air quality on up to 32 rooms from a single location, eliminating the need for expensive maintenance and calibration procedures. IAQ data is securely stored on the cloud and reports are easily accessible on your computer or phone.

Yanmar's Gas-Fired VRF Condensing Units integrated with Daikin indoor fan coil units and controls into one flexible package. Gas-fired VRF eliminates the need for costly electrical upgrades (single-phase up to 14 tons).
WATER SOURCE HEAT PUMPS
Daikin's high-efficiency, self-contained WSHP units are available in various sizes and configurations and can be placed virtually anywhere within a building. Each WSHP system responds only to the heating or cooling load of the individual zone it serves permitting excellent comfort levels for occupants, better control of energy use for owners, and lower seasonal operating costs.
Islandaire designs and manufactures high-quality Water Source Heat Pumps and these models can be used for direct replacement of McQuay, Singer, and Climate Master units or in new construction projects.
