Hillsborough, NJ-August 11, 2020: D&B Service Group, the service arm for D&B Building Solutions, is pleased to announce the addition of Ted Moran to its sales team. He joins D&B with nearly 25 years of experience in the HVAC industry; previously employed as a Service Account Executive for a major manufacturer. Over his career thus far, Ted has supplied HVAC equipment to various vertical markets, including Pharmaceuticals, Data Centers, Higher Education, and K-12 Schools.
As Senior Service Sales Engineer, Ted will be contributing to the growth of D&B Service Group by developing new business relationships, promoting products, and providing excellent service to customers. “I thoroughly enjoy building and maintaining relationships with my customers and am looking forward to that while working with the D&B team,” stated Moran.
Jonathan Palumbo, District Service Manager at D&B Service Group, stated, “We are excited to add someone of Ted’s caliber and experience to our team. He will bring a wealth of industry knowledge, as well as many key customer and vendor contacts that will prove valuable to the company.”
Ted graduated from Seton Hall University and currently resides with his wife, Valerie, and three children in Freehold, NJ. Together they enjoy professional sports, skiing and all water sports.

D&B ON THE JOB
Rutgers University’s Olson Hall in Newark, NJ, needed an efficient chilled water solution to meet their existing power restrictions. Working with AKF Consulting Engineers, D&B was able to provide a Daikin Modular Chiller Plant (MCP) to work within their space restrictions and project timetable. The factory-tested and commissioned chiller plant will be up and running within one week from delivery.
